Confused. What are the differences between these two PAM210s?

Toro sells a version marked N-serial:

While Angus sells a version marked "K JF"?

Can someone help me figure out what the differences are here? The video on Angus' page seems to have mis-matched hands but that might be a fluke.

Toro has also informed me that his version has an engraved "PANERAI OFFICINE" logo on the back like the 111N Noob, but I doubt this. Sure doesn't seem like it from the photos. Angus' version looks printed as well.

Any advice appreciated! Thanks guys.

They both look engraved and should be engraved -- I would doubt either Angus or Toro would allow a printed version off their shelves. The main difference is that Toro's is a "newer" version with the N serial number. Angus doesn't do a very good job updating his inventory on the website, so either that K series is an old stock item or they will tell you during QC that the K version is no longer available but they have the N version in stock. The detail oriented things like mismatched hands, uneven lugs, crystal, bezel, etc. are best ascertained during your QC process where you have an opportunity to view the exact item that will be shipped to your door. More often than not, the version you receive will be somewhat updated or changed from the original photos uploaded to each TD's website as the factories are constantly turning inventory.

I have the H-fac N-series, and the "OFFICINE PANERAI" is printed, not engraved. Well, it looks like the gen below, if the gen is engraved then it's not easy to spot the difference:

And yes, K-series must be old stock, don't know if it's much worse compared to N-series.

Just compared with the macro photos of the Noob 111 and there you can clearly see the noob 6497 is engraved. Mine is not. Toro doesn't mention the manufacturer, but the caseback engravings are also wider and deeper (more gen-like) than on my watch. Must be a different maker or an improved version of the N-series.
