confirm tudor black bay red

hello tudor fans! can anyone confirm which version and which maker is this black bay red? seems like V3 to me.
my TD in town selling them for $215. kinda a good deal to me :greedy: thanks for your help!

I have a V3 and yet the dead give away is up close on the dial with it being shiny rather than a texture matte. The gold engravings t=do appear to be a V3 which has more closely aligned rose gold from the hands to the dial.
