Compatibility between SH3132/3135.

Dear Rolex addicts.

There is a good thread about upgrades of the SH3135 caliber in tech section (SH3135 Essential Upgrades) and I wrote a post looking for some advice but seems that not a lot of people visit the tech section, so I'm asking for help here too.

I have an ARF OP 114300 and I want to make the movement a bit more reliable with a service and replacement of the parts that seems to be problematic. My question is if the parts listed in the thread pertaining to the GEN 3135 are suitable for a SH3132 as they are for the SH3135. I supose that both movements are the same except for the date related parts, am I right?

I want to replace the following:

3135-540 (x2) Reversing Wheels.
3135-280 Hour Wheel.
3135-205 Sliding Pinion Wheel / Clutch Wheel.

Not sure about the last one because the 3132 hasn't date change crown position.

Reversing wheels (540) and the sliding pinion clutch wheel (205) are the same in 3132 and 3135. I am pretty sure that the Hour wheel (280) is different for 3132 and 3135.

The 3132 and 3135 are both based on the 3130. The hour wheels for both 3130 and 3135 look identical but since the 3132 is more like the 3130 I think if I were buying a gen one I would buy the 3130-280. Of course there is no guarantee either will fit the rep - there are some known issues with some ARF wheels vs gens. This is not one that I know of.

What do you think about evergreen parts? Enough quality to replace the chinese ones? I think it's safer to buy good aftermarket parts than the """""original"""" parts that can be found in ebay.

What about changing the SH3132 with VR3135 ? Any problems? ok, you will have a crown position for date set, but other than that? Was this swap tried ?
