The ZF was not yet in production as the 126610 At that time, so it could not be put into the comparison. I'm sure you're all keen to see how the ZF performs, so I've put the ZF into the comparison, separately from the GEN!

I won't comment too much this time, the pictures will tell us everything.

Great comparison, but in this image here you've accidentally labelled the genuine as the ZF. Other than that this is looking good from ZF, rehaut engraving looks a bit light but everything else looks great.

I was looking forward to this but those SEL's are shocking. The step in the centre is huge. Seems no factory can get this right.

The Dandong movement (VS3235 as we know it) is present exclusively on VSF Rolexes

Dude, ZF uses the Shanghai movement, and the thickness is not bad, in the range of 12.2-12.3

It's not just that. The whole bracelet shape is wrong. Look at the taper. It's almost straight on the CF.

The platinum color used for the numbers and hash marks on the bezel is off and it's noticeable on the wrist. All other imperfections are no where near as noticeable on the wrist.

Yes, the steps in the middle part of the SEL, we also refer to other Submariner models GEN with many factory comparisons, now no factory do very similar, the steps are either too big or too small, some factories even curvature differences are very large.
