I ordered my first watch from Hont on Wednesday and have been communicating through WhatsApp. QC pics came in same day but it was -16 seconds slow. Reached back out about it and have heard nothing since. It’s Saturday now and I’m getting a bit concerned. Not sure what’s going on.

There's nothing to be concerned about. Don't bombard him with messages. I heard hont reads messages from oldest to newest, if you send too often, he'll never read them.
Second, -14s is not the end of the world. Not a reason for RL on my book. Readings will be different when you get it after being sent on his tour through several airports and parcel centers. Timegrapher result are only there to show you the watch is working. You can't expect cosc standards from a rep costing 1:50 of it's gen counterpart.

For me he was pretty quick to reply the last two weeks, but now nothing since 2 days. I'm not worried and you shouldn't either, people have shit to do sometimes. It's the weekend, wait until next week and see what happens.

My first watched arrived like 10 days after QC from Hont.

Hont is a reliable man but sometimes slow in communikation.
You said you RL first QC and now waiting 2 days for another watch is too long ????
What do you expect ? A stock like amazon ?

I RL'd the first watch he showed me and have been waiting for the 2nd qc since the 20th of September (16 days) now. There is a national holiday in China this week and, as others have said, this is not Amazon we're ordering from. Relax.
