I had the same experience. Lightning quick replies before payment then sporadic after.
I waited a week for QC pics then had to ask for tracking info as he forgot to send it. It all worked out in the end though. I would definitely use him again.

I ordered a watch 2 weeks back. A whole week later after many e-mails, Tony finally responded, but not via e-mail, via MSN. Told me that the watch had a defective rotor. He could have told me that not a week later but sooner. I asked than to get another watch, 4 days later he responded that new watch is defective as well. So i asked to send me a different watch then, to what he replied as , no problem. I paid him more money, as the new watch costs more. He assured me that same day I will get QC pictures and next day I will get tracking info. Well its been 2 days, and no e-mail, no pictures, nothing... Not a great vibe I am getting, so far.
As for me, I've ordered yesterday and was promised QC pics by today. Tony mentioned that the watch will be shipped on Monday. Still waiting for QC pics. Not a very good vibe as well.... :frusty:
Well when I ordered and paid I was told QC pics would be sent next day, I receive them a week later. Once I confirmed they were ok And requested watch be sent it was delivered 5 days later.
I wasn't too bothered as I had learnt from reading many posts on here that patience is key in this game.

Tony really really tests your patience! He's honest and mostly has the same watches as everyone else, but let's say customer service is very clearly lacking. I don't think I would buy from him again.
I used to buy many rep's with tony and 24-48 hr delay was normal.
In the last deal I wait weeks for e-mail or QC pics. communication is horrible.
I will think twice before dealing with hin again.

We all agree that Tony's communication leaves us worried-sick, cold sweats, anxiety, disturbed sleeping patterns , etc.
I just had my watch QC-ed and shipped. QC pics were 4 days late. The 4 days seem like weeks because, as I previously mentioned, there were almost zero communication from him.
A bit of bitter-sweet emotion here. I still trust him (for now) because my watch is on the way. But I have to admit.. there are other TDs who can give u better assurance..
