I, as buyer or seller of any products or services on replica-watch.info (hereinafter referred to as “RWI”), fully understand that RWI does not warranty, guarantee, insure and/or have any responsibility whatsoever for any transaction, product, or service sold by, through, or as a result of any contacts or communications originating from the RWI website including, but not limited to, the sale/purchase identified herein. By proceeding with this listing, I fully release, discharge and forever hold harmless RWI, its owners, agents, administrators, employees and staff, and I release them from any and all responsibility and liability for any and all claims, costs, expenses, actions, demands, or damages related to the buying or selling of products and/or services offered in this listing. By entering into and continuing with this transaction, I acknowledge that I am proceeding with this sale voluntarily and at my own risk, and that I have read the foregoing and fully understand the nature, extent, effect and consequences of its contents.
1/ All applicable M2M sales rules apply
2/ Seller must be a patron and have been a member of RWI for at least one (1) year.
3/ Seller must supply a verifiable history of at least three (3) sales on one of the rep fora (RWI, RWG, RG) at least one of which would qualify as an RWI High-Value Sale as part of the HVS approval PM.
4/Seller must have 100 posts and can show at least three successful, incident free sales on any of the forums (RWI, RWG, RWG.CC, HF or Repgeek).
5/ The above release also applies to all sales in this section as it does to all sales conducted on RWi. It applies to both buyer and seller equally and by buying or selling here you agree to this release.
RWI recommends sales above 10k are concluded in person ONLY and that photo IDs (tagged photo if not meeting in person) are provided by and to both parties for all sales above 6k, if you are spending in excess of 10k what’s a cheap plane ticket? We recommend that sellers do not consider a sale to new members and that a phone conversation is conducted prior to sale and that references from people the buyer has previously dealt with are sought by the seller to ascertain the buyer’s bona fides. The RWI Indemnity applies to all sales, we are not your parents and are not responsible for these sales, it is up to you to be sure of the veracity of both the item for sale and that of the seller/buyer. If something smells fishy or too good to be true then it probably is.
