Cloudy crystal - solutions?

The crystal on my new 111 has a couple gray, cloudy, concentric circles that can been easily seen depending on the angle. I'm suspecting that it's not an imperfection but environmental contaminants on the inside, like maybe where someone wiped off the back of the crystal before assembling the watch.
I'm thinking I'll take it down and see if it will wipe off. Any suggestions before I tackle this?

Does it have AR?

If it does I wouldnt use anything abrasive in fear that it would remove the AR or smear it

No AR. This is the $49 cheapie from T4D, so I can risk it. So far that's the only thing I've seen that needs to be addressed. I have been trying without success to find a guide on dissasembly though. Obviously I just need to get the movement out, not disassemble it.
Either it will wipe off the crystal or it's just a cloudy crystal. I don't think there are any other alternatives.

Beautiful! Thanks! I kept searching for variations of 'disassembly', I never thought to try 'removal'. :D

I used scotch tape to clean the smudges on the inside crystal of one of my reps.
It removed what you described.

I have a lenspen for cleaning riflescopes. Anyone know of a reason why I shouldn't try it? I would think the optical properties of the scope are more precise than this watch crystal. ;)

I seem to be on a major losing streak here. :(

Everything came out perfectly, and the cellophane tape appears to have done the trick with the cloudiness - but not only can I not get the movement holder tab in place but the "A" came off at some point. My hands/fingers are just too large, and I shake too much to do this. So now, with the PO DOA and this one out of service, neither watch I received today is usable. I feel like total crap over this.

Sorry to hear that man. You lose the "A" completely? If so, maybe you could repaint it on with a little blue paint?

No, I don't even know when it came off. So much of the blue came off the logo anyway that I'm considering just removing it all and sell it off cheap and get a nicer one. I really bought this one because it was cheap and I didn't know if I'd like PAMs or not... turns out I do. :)
