There he is told to stay in a waiting room by St. Peter, while they fill out his application form.
The President notices that the room is filled with clocks, each from a different country, each running at different speeds.
Intrigued by this he asks an angel that was passing by, why the clocks from each country are running at different speeds.
The angel replies: “Brother, with these clocks, God measures the corruption in each country.â€
