Clear case backed 005?

I got a shipment of watches a while back when I wanted a Ti Chrono Avenger. In the process, I ordered a couple of ladies watches, and a Pam rep on the new style bracelet.

The dial face is of a 005, but the caseback is "see through" and with one of those killer new style bracelets.

Does a gen of this watch exist, or is this a really cool fantasy rep?

I will post pics tomorrow when I get home from work.

Put a solid cb on it and just go with it! I would personally put leather or rubber on it though. Polished case with brushed bracelet = fugly.
