Comes on E-D and F Oysterflex straps from Sillan on Alibaba. Better quality than stock Clean. With easylink closed on the middle clasp adjustment, the watch fits 6.5-7 inch wrist with a little room to spare depending on how tight or loose you prefer your watches. With the easylink opened and/or on the last adjustment, this would probably fit 7.5" quite well, maybe even a little more.
