Hi everyone!
We are finally back to comparisons, I miss you guys
In June 2024, Clean factory purchased 226627 and spent nearly a year building this model. For Rolex, using titanium alloy is absolutely unprecedented and a very strict choice of grade 5 titanium alloy (a special material widely used in aviation and medical fields). Rolex always likes to do things with excess performance. For example, PP uses 316 steel, but Rolex wants to be unique and uses 904L.
The most challenging part is that the clean also uses the same grade 5 titanium alloy, which can be verified by a spectrometer. FYI you can also distinguish the grade of titanium alloy by color.
For this less popular model, Clean still tries their best to perfectly replicate the watch, which also reflects the clean's dedication to watchmaking. Compared to other models, the material cost of Yacht Master has increased, the Ti Gr 5 alloy polishing and processing is much more difficult than that of regular materials. Therefore, the price will be several hundred yuan higher.
Now let's take a look at the detailed comparison.
Regarding the clasp part, the welding points of the Rolex factory are not tight enough and there may be a risk of detachment. Clean reinforced this part on their replica.
The case and bracelet are also identically brushed.
Ceramic bezel, dial and hands - all these are just a piece of cake for Clean. Their other Yacht Masters are already leading the industry after all
The weight of the case is exactly the same as the GEN, both being 57g.
The GEN bracelet weighs 49g, while the clean version weighs 52g (but since the clean watch was covered by the protection films, the actual difference is about 2g.
A difference of 2-3g in total is almost imperceptible on the wrist.
That's all for today, thanks for your watching
Will see you soon

Edit: More pictures for the ceramic tube in the bracelet
