Bought this from a friend in a local sale about 3 months ago. New year means a clear out is needed for the numerous box sitters I have, this is the first ….
It’s a Clean Pepsi on jubilee with the DD3285, v3 with the v2(v2s) bezel insert which is superb and changes colour in different lights.
The minor issue is that when you turn the crown backwards and forwards slightly it makes a slight rattling noise, also this happens occasionally when winding and there is slight resistance there but the crown works, sets time/date/GMT function and closes as expected. This has never got any worse since I got it and it’s never bothered me as when you move watch side to side there is no noise / no rotor noise at all and once set and on wrist it’s perfect.
It’s running about 12/13secs fast per 24hrs but again this has never bothered me as I’d rather it be a little fast than slow but again just being honest. I have priced the watch accordingly with this above in mind
I must again clarify that in the months I’ve had it, the slight rattle on the crown / wind and 12/13 secs fast has not got any worse but buyer needs to be aware of this minor issue before buying
Y2L3 serial and QC is spot on in my opinion, rehaut is nicely aligned at 12, unlike some Clean GMTs out there
Set to my 6.75 inch wrist comes with 3 spare links as per tagged pic
Cosmetic condition is excellent, few tiny micro swirls as expected but certainly nothing at all major as can be seen in the below pics
I have a long history of selling here all with happy buyers and I’m always transparent when selling
