I did a lot of researching on the other TD’s before finally deciding to go with Lucy. And going with her has been the best decision I ever made.
Lucy is stellar in her attention to detail and is very keen on explaining the many nuances of various factories to help you navigate your way through this process. I was set already on Clean’s version of the Explorer for myself but her thoroughness helped me and my brother come up with a better decision on his Submariner 114060.
I was very specific in telling her to get me Clean’s latest version of the Explorer with the corrected STEELINOX clasp and she delivered on that aspect!
TIMELINE:
May 31 - payment to Western Union
June 20 - QC pics
July 5 - received update from Lucy that delays were to be expected because of serious raids in the past couple of weeks
July 18 - Tracking number sent
August 10 - package delivered to my mailbox by USPS
Please take note that it may take months for you to take delivery of your watch. But in the end, it is well worth it because Lucy takes a tremendous amount of effort to ensure you get the BEST quality possible. Patience, understanding, and treating someone as a friend is the most valuable part of this whole process. If you can accept that as part of your buying experience, then you will appreciate Lucy’s personal approach more than any other TD out there.
