CLARIFICATION OF POLICY - CUSTOMS WARRANTY

Last month we became aware of a large number of packages that got held up by USA (EAST COAST) customs. We replied to just a few USA customers who had pending orders that were about to ship (via email), that we were suspending customs warranty to the USA. We never posted this policy change on RWI / RWG or Reddit because it was never intended to be a permanent policy change. We are still offering custom warranty to the USA, however we are advising customers that there is a higher than normal chance of their packages getting held up, and are being advised to ship via the UK is that is an option for them. We are working on determining why the packages are getting held up, the problem seems to be in the NYC customs, with less with LA Customs, and seldom Chicago customs.

If there is a PERMANENT policy change we will post that change in the this forum.
