Chrono Second Hand Stutters.......

I wasn't sure where to post this, but it is a movement issue....

I had a few drinks and was watching the seconds hand on my Asian high-beat 7750 in a PAMafake chrono. The seconds hand distinctly stutters around the 20-35 seconds mark, otherwise it is smooth a hell. So, I then took a looksy at my gen Glashutte chrono and, I couldn't believe this, but it stutters in the same manner.

Why does this happen? I guessed that an Asian chrono would have certain flaws, but one of the premiere movements in the world having the same issue?? What gives? There must be a technical reason for this, right?

I may be rehashing an old post, but WTF...........it's a good discussion.

I got suckered in to buying that damn thing while whacked on peyote out near Red Rocks. some crystal rubbing hippie out there said it would be good for my chi. eff that smelly freakshow derelect.....all it did, apparently, was eff up my timepieces.
