Anyone know where I can get a chrono pusher and spring for a Pam regatta chrono?

dropped the watch and spent hours looking on floor and can’t find them.

love this rep and don’t want to have to toss it in garbage.

I have never seen such parts for sale, especially since no one has been making this model for a very long time. I would be glad if I'm wrong, but hardly anyone sells such parts.
