Chinese Movement

Can the Chinese movement be replaced with an ETA (Unitas) for a 44mm Panerai? Can you use the same spacer?

why not?

a asia 6497 could replaced with swiss 6497. No problem. Both has same size and same thickness. Also same hands size.

But parts of swiss movement will not fit on asian movement. Some parts will fit some doesn´t (winding gears)

but a asia automatic movement couldn´t replaced with ETA 2836-2
