Recently purchased my first rep watch and received the QC photos and saw that the watch has a Chinese day wheel. I emailed back asking for an English one and he said it has both chinese/English day wheel and the genuine version has this as well.
Now I know dual language day wheels exist but I've never seen a chinese/English wheel on a Swiss watch, let alone a tag Heuer.
I've asked him to switch it out for a different watch and he's being quite pushy telling me "don't worry". Which is seriously starting to annoy me. He's a trusted rep dealer on here but I really can't find any proof that genuine ones are like this. Anyone have any insite on this issue?
Also, what the hell is the point of a QC email if I just get told "don't worry" when I bring up an issue I have with a watch?
