Chazingtime order query

Hi everyone. I just recieved a Tudor Sub from ChazingTime. The website's photo shows folded bracelet links, but the watch I received has solid ones; QC didn't include a shot of the links' sides so I didn't see it before approving. Is it appropriate to ask for a replacement bracelet? How much should I expect to pay, if anything?

Their website shows folded links, which is true to gen:


but the links of my watch are solid:


I emailed them to ask for a replacement. They said it might be an updated version--I doubt it. Sent some recent postings that mention JKFs having folded links but yet to hear back, hopefully we can reach a resolution.
