Chazingtime ignoring my emails - no update on repair

I sent my watch back to chazingtime for repair because they sent me a faulty watch and it got delivered to them a week ago and I have received no update from them. I've emailed multiple times to ask what's going on but I have just been ignored. They told me they will update me once they receive the watch but they haven't. I feel like they've just scammed me now.

You just answered your own question.

You didn't see value in RWI and its years of experience, relationships, and staff/membership until something went wrong. Why would we put all of that at your disposal if you haven't done anything of value or contribution to RWI? Our assets & assistance are not retroactive. This is how RWI has always been.

I came to warn people of chazingtime. If it happened to a random person like me, I wonder who else they've done it to. It could've already happened to people who don't know where to go and tell other people.

I don't get what your problem is? My watch got delivered to them a week ago. They told me when they receive the watch they'll email me. They didn't. Now I've been emailing them for an update but they have been ignoring. When I emailed them on a different email asking a different question they replied.
