Changing UPO Bezel - Advice Please?

I am going to change the bezel on my UPO (I have scraped the hell out of it). I already have a new one coming (thanks D4M!), but am not sure how to proceed. Can anyone give me a quick tutorial on how to remove the existing bezel and install the replacement?

Someone has definately posted a tutorial on how to do it I read it a couple of weeks a go or maybe he just changed the insert byt still showed how to remove and replace. I've just had a quick look and couldn't find it again. It looked pretty straight forward though.

Are you changing bezel or insert (or both). Gen bezel won't fit rep case, so would need to be rep bezel swap.

Level I have the special tool to take these off.
