changing strap on vsf pam1314 v2

hi all!
sorry it might be a noob question but how do you change the strap on the vsf pam1314?
i tried pressing down on the button on back of case but it did nothing except feel like it’s pushing down and clicking but the spring bar doesn’t come out?
could i have some insight please

The pin is not going to come out by itself, you need to push it out while pressing that button.
