Changing Dial and Hands

I'm looking for a tutorial for changing the dial and hands on a Noob Daytona 116509. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for your response, but that really isn't helpful. It may be true that the task is too much for a beginner, but that's a judgement I can make for myself once I understand what the procedure is.
