Hi there,
I have a gen Omega 1120 rotor. Will it fit onto my ETA 2824-2 in my UPO? Do i have to look for something special, when I change it?
Thanks :)

I have swapped the otor from 2824 to 2836, which is basically the same mvt +/- the day function... I also swapped a rotor from a rado/eta 2783 to a eta 2836.
however I think the 2892is based upon a eterna design, and has a special rotor bearing..? might not fit the "normal eta" gear, also I think the 2892 has a lighter rotor, too light for the 2824.
anyway, if I was you, I might carefully carefully try and see if it would fit, but that still doesn't mean that the weight is right

Do I need a special tool, to change the rotor?

It seems to be so at the gen-rotor ... is the rep the same?
Didn´t open the case to far ...

Thanks

most rotors you'll just need a small straight screw driver for :)
