CG quality Pam564 KW

Just received a KW Pam564.
Quite disappointed by the cg quality because I have high expectations since KW usually means perfection and Gen like quality.
Is such quality enough to ask for replacement?
Advice needed. Many thanks!

Just ask for a replacement CG. Shouldnt be a big problem IMO.

Actually KW CG's aren't that perfect. They're a hit and miss, usually a miss...

I have been lucky so far with kw CGs, but this one is awful indeed. I agree to ask your dealer to send you a replacement.

The problem is not the CG is the lever (some material is missing)

Just enough to start a claim with the dealer

My KW CG had a little ding in it upon arrival. I had it replaced no problem. Ended up getting an extra set of CG pins too, which will come in handy down the road if I ever lose one.
