Hi Gents,
had some inspiration a few days back from this great old thread by Watch Dude
Got an old case 113 from a member deal last week and there are three things I did not like (the dial, full of flaws, does not bother me that much by the way)
1: CG Pin
2: blue tinted crystal
3.: low CP (will use an old cybee thread here )
So I started with ordering a H3 CP from Cousins yesterday for part 3 but started with part 1.
The link for the tutorial I used:
http://forum.replica-watch.info/vb/showthread.php/watchdudes-pam-cg-25369
All I needed was like 5 minutes of time and these tools.
This is what the CG Pin looked before filing down, polishing and then brushing with some special brushing material I got from Wiz.
The CG Pin´s not to good, eh?
Work done. This is the result.
I must say I am happy with the result with my poor skills.icard:
So I did the same with my 99$ Arktos. Result is OK in my eyes too.
Before:
After:
And a final PAMily group shot
Hope you like the results. Comments as always welcome. Thanks for looking.
