Hi Pam experts!

I have recently bought a beautiful 113(gen dial and hands with a Swiss movement. I absolutely love it. Howvever, I notice that the CG pin is not flush with the CG. It is a little "pushed in".

Is there a simple DYI fix that I can attempt? Or should I try to find a new GC pin? Or should I send it to a modder?

There is also no "snap" when I push in the lever. Can this be fixed?

Here is a picture....

Congrats on the great watch...Where'd you score that?

to fix the pin...The hot glue fix:

http://vintagewatchparts.co.uk/index.php?id=108

it will tighten things up nicely. When you put the pin back in push it back in flush. simple.

Thanks! I got it from a member on RG. It's an Oncyte build with a gen dial and hands and a T48 crown(actually, I don't know what a T48 crown is, but apparently they are very nice!).

I will attempt the DIY.

Thanks again....see you on Saturday!

The CG PIn in gens is a little recessed, not so much as yours but a bit recessed, bear it in mint

Since your dial is a gen
Could we have macro pics of markers and subdial @9? in order to make comparison reviews with the current replicas?
Pics with movement and dial decased would be appreciate
Thanks in advance

Oh yeah...with regards to the movement and dial de-cased...it won't happen!

The extent of my watchsmithing skills is solely and purely dedicated to strapchanging! But, in that field...I am an expert!!!

Anything you get from Oncyte will be correct to the smallest detail including the CG pin. That guy does amazing work.

I was assuming he wanted it flush out of personal preference.

I think CG is correct, CG pin on gens is flat or sunken.

but i prefer sunken look than flat, imho

most ootb reps have recessed CG pin
