I recently purchased a CF RLX GMT Master II with a Blue & Black bezel and a jubilee bracelet from Elliot.
There was a relatively short wait time to get a CF made one - only circa 10 days. Other factories’ watches were available sooner however I decided to wait for a CF.
The QC process was very efficient. I had a couple of minor questions which were all answered quickly by Elliot.
Shipping was smooth and fast - I received the watch circa 10 days after QC.
So in total it was a circa 20 day turnaround from placing my order to having the watch on my wrist.
The quality of the watch seems very good. Excellent actually, in terms of its finish. It’s a stunning watch. Obviously only time will tell with respect to the movement and longevity of the piece.
I’ll happily buy through Elliot again in the future.
