CF-Op41-VR3230 stem and crown replacement

Any hot tips for me on where to source a new crown and stem(s) for my clean OP41 with a VR3230? Couldn't find any threads on this. I'm kind of clueless when it comes to some of these newer clones. Assuming the VR3235 stem is the same as 3230?

The VR3235 is not the same as gen in many ways i've read, so is it's stem design borrowed from another movement that can be found on ebay for example?


P.s., for anyone needing to disassemble the cleans crown/stem on op41s, they are super duper cemented in, be sure to use acetone bath to dissolve the cement first, then a little heat. I chewed mine up a bit.

vr3235 (including vr3230) takes the same stem as vr3135 (or 3135 in general): at least that worked for me when I broke my vr3235 stem.

In the gen world, 3235 and 3135 stems are not interchangeable.

Can confirm, I ended up getting 3135 stems from WSO and they worked for me.

Op41 clean will not accept a gen 603 crown (I thought 603 and 604 were the same but 603 is hollow?)

It might be that the crown tube on clean won't accept a gen crown at all.

The latest Rolex models use 605 crowns. However, I haven't handled these crowns yet; therefore, i cannot confirm if CF 124300 can accept gen 605 crowns. I also have no idea if gen 604 and gen 605 crowns are interchangeable.

Nonetheless, gen 603 and gen 604 crowns are interchangeable.
