Ceramic clasp balls on Tudor clasp, missing!

So I finally got my first rep today, a ZF Tudor GMT. Great watch, but 10 minutes after I throw it on I notice the secondary clasp won’t close. Further inspection shows one of the ceramic balls is MIA. Did it fall off after I got it or did it show up without it is anyone’s guess. Any solutions here? I emailed trusty time but not sure if they will offer any help here.
