Anyone know how to remove the pins on the ceramic bracelet from the 438? I see push pins on either side, no actual screws anywhere. I pushed the pins as best I could but couldn't get anything to happen and I don't want to ruin it. Please help. Thanks!

Go to ebay and search for watch link remover, has a base and a screw thing to push the pins out
Careful when pushing pins back in
Good luck

Another way especially if you don't fancy buying the watch link remover because this is the one and only time you'll be resizing is to bring it to a competent watchmaker and have them resize the bracelet for you.

I'm still confused on how to do this. The pin hole size is the same on both sides of the bracelet. Does that mean I can push the pin through on either side. I used a pin punch to try on either side and it barely moves. The pin won't protrude at all on either side after being pushed, enough for me to remove it... Is there a trick to this?! Do I have to remove the clasp first? Also, do you guys think it's bad to soak the ceramic bracelet in WD40 like we do on the SS ones? Just to free up any gunk.

It would be better to remove the watch head from the bracelet while resizing. I'm sorry but I did not perform the resizing myself but if I remember correctly, you can hammer it on either side. There is a metal sleeve in the middle where the pin is forced through, thereby locking the pin in place. If you are uncomfortable with this, I would suggest just bringing the watch to a watchmaker who has experience resizing ceramic bracelets.
