Cavalcanti Strap?

Has anyone ever heard (or owned) this brand?

How does it compare with i.e.: Gunny Strap.

Their pricing is quite steep.....is it worth it?

Do you think its better to order 27/26 , 26/26, or 26/24?

IMO, blood diamond with black stitching do look nice on a 292 and I prefer untapered strap so I would go for 26/26.

Oh yeah, it does look very similar to the blood diamond. In this case, i will suggest to go for don brown with black or exotic gold stitching.

IMHO the best casual strap size for 292 is 27/26
it will looks like this

and I have a green mamba cavalcanti strap size 26/26
its looks so good when it first arrived but after a few wrist time the color fade away because they hand dyed it with a vegetable dye ( that what I heard ), and stain your wrist when you sweat

so if you want to get the cavalcanti , you haqve to stay away from the water and your wrist will have the color stain when you sweat

but I am a happy customer to simona strap

Coincidentally I just sold my red strap today. It looks really similar with tour Simona

Simona DiStefano is my favorite strap maker. I like them even better than OEM Panerai. You really cannot get any better than that in my opinion.

Coincidentally I just sold my red strap today. It looks really similar with tour Simona

simona strap is much better than cavalcanti IMHO
beside the good colouring, you will be amaze with the leather quality and very neat stitching.
overall its the best strap I ever had

Joegrimm got me into Simona straps. Now I just won't wear my PAM's on anything else.

Prices are too high for that what i saw on the site!

Simona is a different class in comparison

Has anyone commissioned a strap from dangerous 9?

I have an ammo strap ordered. He must be busy, its been over a month since confirmation.

Other than that I have a gunny strap that I like. Dark tan.
I haven't seen enough different straps in person yet though. I'm excited to compare with some others.

Hi guys, thanks for the comments and inputs.

I will try di Stefano strap next time. I've been communicating with cavalcanti team quite intensely, and I felt that it's unfair if I don't buy from the this time.

I've narrowed down my choices to either Don brown or vintage point. My girlfriend think thania is too contrast for the ceramic case.

Do you think it's better to change the stitching color if I go with the vintage point? Better get 27 or 26?
