case defect bb58 zf

i bought a complete zf case for a franken bb58 .. but it has this manufacturing defect in case polishing .. a handle has a dull polished bevel ... do you think only an expert can fix it?

I think everybody can fix it, don't forget this forum thought noobies to shave rehauts and to reform crown guards, read up un the technical section about beveling and general case polishing there is plenty of helpful stuff
