Just a straight forward question. Does anyone know whether the screw-on case back from the most recent H-factory PAM will fit into a V3 or V4 Noob factory case? Or visa versa?

Yes, it's not a straightforward question. Generally, as reps are becoming closer and closer to the gen in construction, the parts will become interchangeable with the gen, so theoretically they should also be interchangeable with each other. So the question is how old is your H-factory caseback? The V3/V4s are only a few years old so in order for the caseback to be compatible with the caseset, the model should have been released around a few years ago as well.
I'm asking about the most recent H-factory releases and V3/V4 Noobs. They are both being touted as being compatible with genuine parts. If that is the case one caseback should screw into the other's case. But I guess I will find out soon when I start swapping parts.
What exact H-Factory model are you talking about that you want to attach to the V3/V4 caseset? The model isn't available from Noob (although they almost sold all of their releases last year)?
If you're talking about the 44 luminor case, yes. Caseback can be swapped between the three major factories KW, Noob and HF AFAIK.
And this goes back a few years, I had old school cases take noob/dsn/Jakob casebacks without issues.
