cartier tank solo RG - broken crown

hi guys,

I just checked my cartier tank solo RG and noticed that somehow I broke/lost the blue sapphire. tbh I have no idea how that happened but OK.
do you know where I can get a replacement or a new crown? on ebay I do find a lot but it feels that every crown has a different size and I dont really know which version I need to buy.

Is it possible to only buy the sapphire and glue it into the crown`?
