Cartier Tank dial size

Hi!

Does anyone know the dial size of the rep Tank Must or Tank Luis Cartier?

I much prefer vintage dials and I was thinking about getting a rep Tank and putting in gen vintage Must de Cartier Dial... Old Must de Cartier Tanks came in two sizes, the bigger of which was 23x30mm, which is awfully close to the modern Tank Must small.

The current Tank must is 29,5 x 22mm in small size, 33,7 x 25,5mm in medium size, and 41 x 31mm in XL size.

Yes, the current small size was the regular size in the vintage era, so it should work with your vintage dial.

I also prefer smaller watches, would you say a small Tank Must would work for a man? I was thinking the ‘large’ (medium) would be best and still a bit smaller than the medium Panthere.

I prefer smaller watches too, but the small size is actually really small for a man. The medium size is fine.

That’s what I was thinking. I was in the Cartier boutique recently and the small looked tiny but are you saying in the past this was intended for men as well?

Yes in the middle of the last century, there was only one size, which is the current small size. You can easily find some picture of Mohamed Ali or Alain Delon with this tiny Tank.
