Cartier Santos Question

Hi There,

I am looking for a Cartier Santos and my first step was looking on the NWBIG list.

I see the Cartier Santos XL V6 is NWBIG and I am aware this is a decently old model. Is this still the best (closest to gen) Santos or are there newer better ones. If it is still the best would anyone be so kind as to link me to a TD listing as I cannot find it on puretime?

If it is not the best Santos anymore what are my options in order of best to worst. Also are any of the PVC black models close to gen (such as this)?

The Santos XL on that list is the previous generation watch pre the new 2018 model . I believe it is no longer made . The newer 2018 model is well replicated by a few factories there is a massive thread in the Cartier section on this forum on the watch . I suggest giving it a read , it will help you decide which watch to buy .

the newer gen santos reps are more accurate. subjectively the case looks better too.. an updated classic
