Gen dial and bezel. I need to polish the bezel as it was preowned. The gen dial is remarkable upgrade. Much more sunburst effect. The rep dial looks dull by comparison.

The BVF 0037 (grey dial) is really good. Only 2 things I noticed are:
No lume
The gap between the II, III etc is slightly different. On the rep the gap looks the same width as the numeral but on gen the numeral is wider and the gap is slightly smaller.
Not yet. There must be a solution though. I am considering Gen bracelet if I can find one.Very nice, tried something similar a few months ago. Have you found a date disc upgrade solution yet? I’ve purchased a gen date disc but it won’t fit

A Santos gen dial is not that expensive and is a worthwhile upgrade. I think this is especially true for the ADLC models.
The gen date wheel will not fit the Miyota movement used in the rep. I managed to change to a custom one and I must say is a great improvement.
