Sorry if this has been brought up in another thread but just wondering if this is a wider issue with the new quick release straps on the new model Santos.
Whilst wearing my watch it came out of one of the lugs and fell on a hardwood flood and now the watch won't run. I have been wearing this on the metal strap lately as on the leather one the same thing happened but I caught it!
I have grown to really like the watch and would consider getting another one to replace this but I really don't have faith in the smart link strap system anymore.
Anyone else having the same issues? it just this factory?
