hey,

ive been looking some time trying to find the best santos 100 replica. ive figured out that KZF version looks most 1:1 especially the thickness.

KZF VS GEN: https://forum.replica-watch.info/forum/cartier/7269912-santos-100-38mm-kzf-vs-gen

The only thing i want to also do is swap the a2824 movement with a genuine ETA 2892 A2. From what i understood is that the gen case and KZF one are the same?
i am not 100% sure and do any of you know if this swap would be possible and how hard/easy would it be...

Thanks

You would need a dial spacer as the 2892 is way thinner than a 2824.

Thanks for the reply.
I checked both the movements, the asian movement is like 0.4mm wider and 1.4mm thicker... so to put the ETA i would only be needing a 1.4mm dial spacer and that would supposedly be it?
