Hi there,

I just bought the latest non-chrono version, it is a nice watch but is not truly accurate as the sapphire bubble over the date window is missing.

The bracelet, clasp, markings and dial all look and feel pretty good to me, the date window is slightly smaller, i don't believe that is a big deal.

The chrono version has the bubble however my research from the forums indicated that this watch is not accurate for other reasons

So, the wait continues! :thinking:

Actually, having done some more reading this morning, it appears that my rep is based on the non-xl W6206017 model, which has a flat sapphire and it looks accurate!

There is no such thing as 1:1 rep of ANY watch. Period. The terms "1:1", "Grade AAA++", etc. are all dealer hype intended to lure in the unwashed masses.
That being said, the Roadster reps are pretty good. Probably 95% or more accurate. No one will ever call them out as a "fake" unless you waltz into an AD, take it off, hand it to the most experienced clerk they have and ask them to compare it to one in their case.
By the way... take it from the voice of experience... the Roadster reps are NOT WATER TIGHT!! Take them off even to wash your hands.

the new roadster is nice but im waiting for an updated version ..the hands are to pointed at the ends numerals 7 and 11 are cut off at the top following the dial lines and the date window is to small a little picky i know but c'mon this watch is so easy to rep

Andrew has the new updated roadster with most of the flaws corrected, only the date window is a tiny bit on the small side now. Just a little worried that the dial lines are very faint, same on puretime pics as well, or maybe just the lighting.
