Cartier Roadster Screw / Mod Suggestion

Hello everyone - I picked up this preowned roadster and the screws on the lugs are all mismatched. I’m looking for a reference to a modder who can replace with matching screws and polish/service while they’re at it. It’s also missing a screw on one of the bracelet links which came loose and fell out. I’m not too handy, so looking for someone I can just ship the watch to for repair. Thought I’d check the Cartier section before I go to the mod section to see if anyone here had a recommendation. Thanks in advance!
