There is no excuse, first off, replic is not even a word. He clearly knew that many morons will not know what replic means. Ebay has a policy not to allow counterfeit products to be sold, but yet it seem at time they open one eye and close the other even though these items has been reported. Bottom line is that they get their cut and it looks good in their books. They would only take action when the copyright holder send them a letter from their lawyers. Sad @ss business model.

I don't think that remark was stupid in the least. Reporting things like this to Ebay is helpful. We have a staff member that Ebay, turns to. When he reports, they take action on his word. When I report, they ignore it. Cybee is the real deal, I would give him my lunch if he asked me for it. Just sayin.

I have no problem reporting stuff like that. But when you have 25 people bidding on a item that the title is deciving and those people don't even bother looking then they get what they deserve. When I post something for sale on eBay, which I have been doing since 1998 I make sure to put as much info and clear pics as possible. You know what? I still get at least 20 to 30 questions on all the stuff that I have on my listing and if these people would have of just paid a small bit of attention then there would be no problems on eBay. Because of these dumb morons that don't pay attention ebay is getting more and more difficult to do business in. When you go and report a sale that if any of these people had half a brain to just go huh? What's replic? Your not helping anyone your just coddling these dopes. My 2 cents. And yes as respected as cybee, is the comment that i said "it was a stupid comment"if I didn't have respect for the time hes been on this forum I would have instead said something else. It would be nice if he had the same respect for my time on here. My 22 fing feedback show that I'm in no way into anything scammers do.

I think you took it personally when it was more of a general statement toward the obvious. ;) Saying your not going to waste your time posting by taking the time to post it, is in of itself a waste of space. ;) But we all have our opinions. Maybe I shouldn't wasted my time either, but I respect everyone here enough to listen, including yourself. ;) Cheers.

No way of knowing weather or not this seller might change his listings in the future to deceive people. If that happens, people would ask..... "Why wasn't he reported before?"

That's enough reason to report it now. Regardless of how you feel about those lazy bastards.

My remark regarding scammers was tongue-in-cheek but let me offer an apology to Tony if he or anyone else felt insulted. Fact is, I respect Tony very much and all VIP's here.

My only view is that our primary reason for existing as a safe haven at RWI is to protect our members from any type of scamming particularly those of overpriced replica's and sometime's those boundaries extend beyond the forum. If I can help anyone from paying $1000 over what a $100 rep cost, then I will do it. Simple as that.

Again, apologies for the comment Tony, we can agree to disagree, happens all the time around here. :cheers:
