Cartier real or fake?

Apologies for the noobish post, I’m sure this is fake (doesn’t look like white gold for a start) but I’m not familiar with Cartier watches well enough to confirm. Someone I meet asked me to value it as they know I like watches. Anyway thanks for any assistance.

I'd say fake , those poor looking screw heads all lined up the same way on case back and poorly printed details on back as opposed to usual deep engraving on most models.

I'd even bet that it's a flip off back which makes the "screws" purely redundant.
