Cartier De Santos Gf knob color

Hi all,

I am conflicted with the QC Pics sent to me.

Watch is from GF and the knob in the QC pic is black... Even the TD told me it's supposed to be black.

However I have checked the GEN and it is blue.

I believe the gen is a dark shade of blue. Could it just be the lighting?

As I learned before that piece is called the cabochon stone
Is indeed darker but still blue in the rep
