Hi all, I bought a Cartier Ballon Bleu from Toro. A movement screw probably got loose during shipping but took to a watch smith and got that fixed, so no problems there. He told me everything was OK.

But I have recently realized that the watch doesn't keep running on a watch winder. Is this normal? If not, what could be the problem? What would you suggest?

Thanks.

Second update: After some daily use, I have discovered that the watch gains ~5 minutes a day. There is definitely something wrong with the piece. What is even more frustrating is that it was a gift... Anyway, I think I'll contact Toro. He has been more than helpful before...

I hope you resolved the issues that you were experiencing with your watch. Would you mind sharing which specific ballon bleu you have? I just ordered the 42mm v6f version i hope this watch is reliable and i won't have the same issues that u have with yours

Hi, mine was the 38 mm V6F version. (no date) Still haven't resolved the issues though. I sent the watch back to the dealer, he will fix it and send it back. (They say it is an easy fix) I'll definitely let you know.
