Cartier ballon bleu broke

Hello everyone,

First of all, sorry for my english, not my mother tongue

I bought a ballon bleue de Cartier few months ago from TSWatch and I broke it while trying to put the correct hour.

I bring it to a small watch store in my town and I told them it was a fake and I won't do anything if they break it more and they accepted to have a look.

They told me they can't do anything as a part is missing. A small rod linking the "cabochon" to the watch. I can't find anywhere what is this part and how I can buy it.

I found a website selling cabochon and they told me they sell it with the rod but they just sent me the cabochon... Just sent it back

Do you know if I can do anything ?

It looks like you need a new winding stem, can you open the back and post some clear pictures of the movement? If we can identify the movement you can probably find a replacement stem.

Man I can't thank you enough ! Was hard to find the exact term when you don't know the part. "Tige d'enroulement" in French and you have some for the SW200 on Amazon for few euros.
