Are you ordering that one? Let me know how the qc pics are. I love that it might not have a sunken datewheel.

Of interest, I am told the genuine 1887 has a seiko movement

EDIT:
I do not know about the perfect clones version as the link (and their entire site) seems to not exist anymore.

On a more pertinent note, I have spent some time comparing the watches. I will not be purchasing this rep. I think that it can and will be done in a much better version as "factories" refine it. There is one glaring problem to me that is absolutely atrocious. The inside bezel (under the crystal) is unacceptable. The print is enormous where on the gen it is beautiful to the point of elegant. The rep is too big -"TACHYMETER" takes up more than 2 second marks more room than on the original - and at the risk of a really bad pun, well, it looks tacky. I will keep a close eye on this as I am sure there will be better iterations in the future. For now, it is too glaringly off.

Yep they need to improve these big time, what's with the horrible tachy meter, they need to tone it down, or remove it altogether, the gen version without any tachy is stunning....why can't they do it like that!
