carrera calibre 16 day date 2008 41mm

Hello i want to know if anybody knows about this watch, is the old cal 16 day-date that after was changed for the 43mm, same size like the gen.

what is different?

The description says: Carrera 2008 Automatic Chrono

Anybody knows if this watch is reliable?
